Cancellation
If you have ordered a wrong product, you may cancel your order through your Ramkey.in Account. However, if it is a Prepaid Order and the amount has been deducted from your account, we will refund the amount to you in accordance with our Refund Policy. A cancellation request cannot be made after your order has been dispatched. Step to Follow Login to your Ramkey account Login –> My Order –> Select Reason –> Cancel Order Please Note:- If it is Pre paid Orders, the amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Refund Policy

Returns
We understand that buying online can be difficult. We have done our best to make it an easy process for you.
When you order from Ramkey.in, you are guaranteed satisfaction with every product you purchase from us. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order.
We promise to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. We make every effort to be sure that our images, description and specifications of our products on our website are complete and accurate. If there is anything about your shipment that displeases you or if the product is not as described, we will happily exchange it, replace it or accept a return of the product within a 10 days of Purchase. Please email us at return@ramkey.in to get your Return merchandise authorization (RMA) Number. We have done our best to make it an easy process for you.
Return/Replacement are accepted under the following cases:- Wrong product – wrong color/size/style
- Wrong item Delivered
- Defective products – Manufacturing defect/ Non – functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer warranty)
- Damaged product – Physical damage/Tampered product or packaging
- Wrong Quantities – Missing products/parts
- If products are altered/used
- If product returned without original packaging (price tags, labels, accessories, box)
- If Serial number/ label is tampered
- For Damaged/Missing/Empty Package/Wrong product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery
- For Products sold under specific promotions/demand
- No longer needed/Quality low.
The materials must be in their original packing, and they cannot have been tampered with. If this is the case, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns are subject to a shipping charge, and you will be billed/refund accordingly. Apology for any inconvenience.
THE FINAL DECISION OF ACCEPTING A RETURN WILL BE ON RAMKEY.IN. THIS DECISION WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING.

Refund
Ramkey offers easy and quick Refund on your refund Orders.
Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:- When Prepaid Orders are cancelled as per our Cancellation policy
- If our Logistics partner is unable to deliver the product
- If you wish to return the products in accordance with our return policy
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 7 days.
- If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by Rmakey.in at its sole discretion.
- If the product received by us is not as per claim or missing accessories, label, stickers
- In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in same account of customer buying the Product from where customer has paid the transaction amount.
- For cash on delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft/NEFT/Cheque etc. in favor of the customer buying the Products, as per the details provided by the customer.
After placing of refund request, amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order. Refunds depends upon the Mode of payment. Please refer to the list below:
